- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$89 service fee, which it applies to the repair ( not parts) if they decide to live forward with the repair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To be honest! If is NOT worth fixing it ( meaning it would cost as much as to buy a new appliances, I will let you know )! To me is NOT all about the money is about making a good relationship with the customer.
