Great service all around! Mark confirmed my online appointment within an hour and then asked to call and discuss scope of job. He confirmed appointment before he came and was right on time. He did a great job cleaning all the windows, screens and tracks. I definitely will call him again.

MB was very thorough in his work and the windows looked great. It took longer than he estimated due to really dirty windows but he didn't complain or charge more than the quote. He was also a very nice man.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of my residential pricing is on Thumbtack for everyone to see. All of these so-called pros, that hide their prices, are trying to get as much as they can out of every customer. I have very reasonable prices and I'm very flexible. I usually only charge $11-18 per window, exterior cleaning with screens and tracks cleaned free. I do ask for a little more for ladder work, and french style windows . I take pride in satisfying all of my customers!!!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I let my customers know that I've been cleaning windows for over 39+ years. I work with my customers to figure out their needs and wants and work hard to satisfy all my customers!!!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started cleaning windows in Miami in the mid 80's. I've done many high rises in downtown Miami, Jackson Memorial, Fontainebleau Hotel Miami Beach, University of Miami, Miami Airport, countless others, and over 39+ years of satisfied home owners!!!
