- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In the garage door industry prices can vary greatly according to the job. This is why we're proud to be the only garage door company of our size to offer a free service call and have a technician come out right away to diagnose your problem and provide you with a free quote to fix your doors. We never charge a service fee, whether it's regular business hours, after hours or weekends.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is to send a technician to our customer's home at no charge to provide a free written estimate on the cost of repairs. If the customer chooses to get the repair work done, our techs have fully stocked trucks and are able to provide the repairs immediately, often getting a customer's door working within the hour.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are factory trained and certified in addition to continued on the job training. We pride ourselves on having the most well trained staff in the industry which allows us to fix the majority of repairs on the spot without having to inconvenience our customers by making them wait until later to have a working door.
