After going through an incredible initial consultation Jeff loved me, my company and everything we had to offer. Because this was his mother’s home, his other siblings who had went through terrible experiences with roofing companies in the past had opinions and questions that were not asked because they were not present for the initial meeting. Jeff relayed those questions to me, most of which I did answer initially but I re-answered them quickly, absolving any concerns that remained yet a couple of days later after speaking with his siblings again Jeff came back to ask me more questions, questioning the validity of the company that he once fell in love with asking about why we didn’t have trucks on the road like other big companies. I responded that just because a business is different doesn’t mean it’s inferior but that didn’t seem to satisfy Jeff and his family and he re-asked the same questions after which I decided to no longer do business with him. We are still open for business and would love to serve but would also love to deny service to anyone who does not respect our business or find value in what we provide. It’s a shame that Jeff would go as far as to leave a negative review when we never even did business together but we still wish him and his family the best of luck in the future!
