- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We start off at a 2 hour minimum. In addition to hourly rates, we can provide flat rates. So, before we start your move you know will know how much you’ll be paying and exactly what you’re paying for. No surprises guaranteed!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We go over inventory, dates available, addresses, pricing, then provide an invoice via email so you know your price up front and have it in writing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner spent 3 years of being apart of a moving company that is well known nationwide and moving up to management in that company before starting his own business.
