We hired Friendly Pest Solutions because of how impressed we were by Elvis who came to give us an estimate. He was so thorough, honest and efficient! We were so happy with him and how much time he spent making sure he inspected our home well without making us feel rushed. This company seems to care about the overall value and quality they provide the customer, then just making money. I will definitely recommend using this company.

Sergio and Manny were very professional and helpful in diagnosing my pest problem. Initially I assumed I had a cockroach problem due to finding a live roach recently and also evidence of past droppings under the stove. Instead of pushing me to purchase certain services, they laid out my options no pressure. When they recommended another pair of eyes just to confirm which type of pests I was dealing with, including searching for point of entry, their supervisor JD stopped by the following week. They actually cared about the issue. Turns out my neighbor is dealing with the same pest problem (mice). These employees are friendly and courteous and timely. I did receive phone calls ahead of the appointment from their office and also a heads up call from the tech when on their way. Communication was great. I received email receipts and confirmation of work completed along with a short summary. I did end up retaining their annual general pest control service and while I did find the price a bit steep for the small size of my townhome, I’m covered for the year which should give some peace of mind living in Florida.

The pest solutions representative was GREAT! Very thorough in his assessment and treatment of my home. I believe we’ve finally found the right pest control company to service our home long term. I was impressed on how professional and friendly the pest control specialist was and handled his business. Value and price of the service was also very reasonable. Strongly recommend using this company (family owned too, not a large anonymous company).

We offer a 10% discount for military, senior citizens and first responder families.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We go out to the home. Do a complete and thorough free inspection of your home (inside, outside, attic & crawl space if your home has one). We go over, in detail, our treatment procedures. We leave you a detailed report of our findings. In most cases, we can start the work the same day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified pest control operator in Florida and I am certified in 4 categories: General Household Pests, Wood Destroying Organisms, Lawn & Ornamental and Fumigation.
