I bought a new house, and the irrigation system did not work. After contacting Thumbtack, Ozorio arrived when he said he would! He went right to work and saw that the controller was bad and showed me why it needed to be replaced. He had the parts on hand and would do the job right away. I was very PLEASED with his estimate and agreed. He promptly replaced the controller and answered all of my MANY questions!! He made sure all zones were working and adjusted them as needed. We found two lines leaking, which were repaired quickly! Ozorio was a professional!! His work was detailed and complete. The cost was exactly the same as the estimate and no surprises!! I will use Ozorio again and I highly recommend him for your jobs. You will not be disappointed.
