- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

On-Site Assessment: If needed, we visit the property to inspect the surfaces, identify any problem areas, and determine the best cleaning method. This helps us provide an accurate estimate. 3. Detailed Estimate: After the assessment, we provide a detailed written estimate outlining the services, costs, and expected time frame. We’re transparent, so there are no hidden fees or surprises. 4. Scheduling: Once the estimate is approved, we schedule the cleaning at a convenient time for the client. We strive to be flexible and work around the client’s schedule. 5. Professional Cleaning: On the day of service, we arrive on time and fully prepared. We follow the specific plan laid out, using the appropriate techniques to ensure safe and thorough cleaning of the property. 6. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education and training come from a combination of hands-on experience and specialized industry training. I have undergone professional training in pressure washing techniques, including both high-pressure and soft washing methods, to safely and effectively clean a variety of surfaces such as roofs, siding, pavers, and concrete. In addition to this, I stay up-to-date on the latest cleaning technologies, equipment, and eco-friendly cleaning solutions through industry workshops and certifications. Safety is a top priority, so I’ve also completed training on the proper use of equipment and chemical applications to ensure that every job is done efficiently and without damage to the property. This knowledge, along with years of field experience, allows me to provide high-quality, reliable services to my clients.
