Two ladies arrived when expected and did a great job for us ... the house has been having some renovations so the amount of extra dirt was significant. They left a short time ago and I haven't had a chance to look closely at everything, however, I would venture to guess that it was all done to my complete satisfaction!

Great company, they came out with 2 people and did a deep cleaning that was wonderful! My house sparkles and my wife is so happy with them! I would recommend for a good professional deep cleaning!

Very pleasant crew! We don’t speak their language but they did seem to understand us enough to communicate answers. The owner, Eddie, runs his business very professionally. We are new to this state so we went on reviews to decide on calling Casella Services. Reviews were right!!

I originally gave them five stars that was before going through the house. They were laid and I kind of gave them a bypass on that, then I had to remind them four times to dust the windowsills, I finally wound up doing that myself. Finally after they left I went into the bathroom and my toilet bowl was still filthy. I sent them an email with the pictures, no response. I texted them again the next day asking why I had no response and I got no response again. It’s just not going to work if somebody’s not willing to call me and apologize for something I found or for the quality of their work I just can’t deal with them.

Good Morning Kathy G, I just opened my computer now in the morning to be very surprised with your 3 start review, i know it was a very small trailer home, so i planned to stay about 2 hour at your home and we stayed over 5 hours, it was not a normal and easy job, you can see it by the ``toilet picture``, unfortunately the cleaner told me that she sprayed a degreaser on the toilet and she was supposed to return to finish a DEEP scrub and she end up forgetting. and for that i ask you to please apologize us, I want to ask you to accept us to send the cleaners again to wash your bathrooms at no additional cost to you and to please reconsider the 3 stars and replace it for a 5 stars well deserved. ( Considering the situation of how was the house and the fact that we walked around the house before we leave and you said it was all good. Just call my cell and i will schedule the cleaners to come back. Eddie Casella -
