- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing at our store is competitive. If you see prices at other stores or in advertising you can bring them in and we will adjust our prices accordingly. Our prices for pool service are right in the middle. We do not under charge and we do not over charge according to industry standards.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am the owner and I normally go out to meet with the customer first discuss with them any issues they may have with their equipment or their pools and also try to target why they did not want to keep their old pool service then we keep that in mind when we service their pools.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am CPO certified which is a national certification. I am with the Better Business Bureau for a number of years now. I am fully insured and licensed.
