On April 28 Kevin contacted me through thumbtack. He tried to talk me down in price he was fishing For prices just like a majority of the people who use thumbtack in order for me to get the fishing people away from me and only focus on serious customers who actually want to pay the right price for the right job. I told him to use my phone to communicate with me he did not one month later he did contact me again through thumbtack again I expressed to him I am not interested unless you use my phone. He finally used my phone number today out of the blue expected me to remember everything he told me from one month ago. Did not actually ever talk to me only through texting. He doesn’t understand that I may put out 15 quotes a week and I only focus on the ones who actually contacted me and are serious about pool service. He did not listen to me two times when I expressed this to him when I express this to him through texting he explained that he’s not happy with the way that I am responding to him. I told him he can find another company to put up with his antics. I am running a serious company we do the right job for the right price we have very many satisfied customers very few unsatisfied customers and I am glad he is not interested in using my service because in the end he would try to talk me down in price again and not have any care or concern about me my family my business the technicians that work for me.
