- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Scope of Service: Our service includes the thorough cleaning of your dryer vent system, including the ductwork, transition hose, and termination point. We also provide a complimentary before-and-after video inspection. Additional Fees: The service price quoted assumes standard accessibility. Additional charges may apply in situations including, but not limited to: multi-story buildings, extensive ductwork, difficult access to attics or roofs, and any necessary repairs or replacement parts not included in the original scope of work. The Client will be informed of any potential additional fees for approval before they are incurred.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Access: You agree to provide our technician with access to your dryer and the surrounding area. Please ensure your dryer is accessible and the area around it is clear for the technician to work safely and efficiently. Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash, check, and credit cards.
