- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers will pay a diagnostic fee of $79.00 plus tax. If customer select to have their appliance repaired this fee will count toward total cost.

The process for working with new clients include establishing a client profile, appliance model information, repair history and discount eligibility.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are EPA certified for refrigeration and receive monthly professional development.
