Our clothes dryer suddenly ceased to dry clothes just when we were preparing to make our migration north; we needed quick help. James was very professional and responsive to our needs and our schedule. Diagnosed the problem, had the replacement parts and had the unit humming. I’ve used them once before to repair my dryer and this time they were just as responsive and offered to come next day even! He didn’t have the belt needed to replace, but he came back promptly and fixed the issue. Would definitely use again

James responded very quickly and was very responsive. Arrived on time...like on time! Very knowledgeable. Was able to diagnose the issue not only for the dishwasher, I initially did the request for, but for a dryer and refrigerator issue. He gave a great price and came back quickly with replacement parts within 1.5 hours. I will recommend James for appliance repairs. Great service!
