- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every new customer will be allotted (30) minutes during the consultation process. During this time, I will gain a better understanding of the customers’ expectations. The customer will fill out necessary information in its entirety, providing essential details to ensure every second is utilized productively. The customer will provide details about the event, deadlines, and inspiration photos. Budget must be discussed in the initial consultation. If contacting through social media, please allow up to 48 -72 hours to response time. Deposits are required to secure service. Sign a notarized contract and pay a Non refundable 50% Retainer fee *.
