I had an area of mold in my garage ceiling and Yani came out the same day I had called to inspect it. My husband had found other companies charging $250-450 just for inspection so when I saw he offered feee quotes I thought it was too good to be true- I was wrong! He went over where the mold was and likely coming from and assured me it was not spreading which was a huge relief. He also instructed me how to have a handyman fix it! Very professional caring human from the get-go, he wouldn’t even take a tip! Highly recommend Yanni

Working with Yoni was a pleasure. I had a leak in my house a couple months ago and the mold ended up being more extensive than I realized. I got a few blind quotes from other companies who couldn’t be bothered to go to my house. Yoni came right out and was honest and extremely knowledgeable. He eased my concerns and started the job right away. I had a LOT of questions and he always made himself available to talk to me which I really appreciated. Yoni is meticulous and has an excellent work ethic. He genuinely cares and wants to make sure his clients are taken care of and happy with his work. He also was wonderful with my cats which is very important to me. He definitely goes above and beyond! You will never get this from other companies. My suggestion is don’t even waste your time with anyone else if you have a mold issue. Yoni will take excellent care of you!

An Initial Phone conversation is the Most important , this way we can gather the maximum information possible about your project so we can Mobilize the right personal to your property for a fast and efficient mitigation .
