I have been practicing Yoga for few years and in the search for private teacher for quite some time now.
I was impressed by Volha’s knowledge and philosophy in categories like Vinyasa, Hatha and Raja.
Her flows were spontaneous even tho challenging at the time but her support and alignment made every pose doable. Not only she showed the poses with in the flow but also explained in detail how parts of your body and muscles work in certain sequences.
The explanations were very organically spoken and easy to understand why we were doing certain things.
Each class is very different depending on the program and they all are fantastic.
Volha is very disciplined and has amazing sense of humor.
I am definitely continuing my yoga journey with Volha and recommend her to my yogi mates!
