- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Collect project scope and information 2. Schedule a complimentary on-site estimate 3. Email a formal proposal/estimate for the project 4. Follow-up on the proposal to see if the customer has any questions 5. Close on project and schedule a project start date 6. Follow up with the customer after the project is completed to do a final walk through 7. Provide touch-up services as per customer request 8. Follow up with customer in a year to see how they are liking their completed tile cleaning work and if they need any other work to be completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
we use only the best products on tile such as polyblend and grout renew which both come in many different varieties and colors. Once the tile has been cleaned with our very stong industrial cleaner and every grout line has been brushed by hand and the poures of the grout have been opened we apply the sealer which adhesives to the grout line and creates a barrier that seals so no spills from food, drink, high traffic areas, will ever stain your floor again and will all clean with ease like never before.Your floor will look better than the day it was put in. we always double coat for extra protection on your floor and apply a clear coat sealer for even more protection. which is why we offer our warranty
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Not many people know about color sealing and think they must remove and replace their old dirty tile which can be extremely expensive. We can save your tile without replaceing it. Big company's do not offer color sealing services, It takes a lot of time and training which they do not provide their employs before sending them to your house to do jobs that cost thousands of dollars I was tired of seeing customers not get the quality and service they deserved and knew I could bring it to them for a much cheaper cost
