He was quite expensive - $250 to soft clean a 1200 sq ft roof. Sent me a contract but never signed it. Decided to go with another company who charged much cheaper rate. He started harassing me to pay the $100 cancellation fee when I never signed a contract with him. I had to block his number. DO NOT use this company. It’s a rip off and major scam!!!
