- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With each session I work individual muscles of half of the body. Upper body muscle groups include: the back, chest, biceps, triceps, and shoulders. The next session would include the front of the leg, back of the leg, rear end, calf, lower back and abdominals. This rotates with each session and also rotates different muscles of each group.

This work is a natural continuation from being a World Ranked Olympic Weight lifter, and years studying and training in Nutrition and Physiology in order to teach at the University level
