- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We pride ourselves in providing an excellent experience. We don't compete with others whose work/reliability and reputation is not equal to ours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do a Meet and Greet with Potential Clients, then, we ask questions and try to understand what it is expected. If, the Client likes our Portfolio and Reviews on Houzz, we draw a Retainer Agreement and move forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
