- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be as competitive as I can with my pricing. The quality of the work that I provide and the attention to detail that we also provide means that I am not going to be the cheapest painter in town, but the job will be done correctly every time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will generally speak to the customer on the phone first, and we will then set up a time to meet, at that point I will meet the customer at the job and provide them with a written estimate. If they decide to give me the project, we will meet again to go over colors and scheduling and so forth. I will generally get a 50% deposit at the time we start the job and then 50% upon completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed in Broward and Palm Beach County. I am bonded as well.
