- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For larger orders, we offer discounts. You reach out to me, and we agree on a price after discussing the details of the job. Once the type of work is determined, we schedule a date. We arrive, complete the job, and then you make the payment. It’s a simple and transparent process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is straightforward: first, the client explains the work that needs to be done. Then, we agree on a price and set a date for the job. My team and I arrive, complete the work on time, and payment is made after everything is finished. It’s an efficient and clear process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in construction and have also completed various additional training courses related to repairs and construction to continuously improve my skills.
