My name is Igor and I have over 15 years of experience in construction and renovation apartment and houses. Concrete foundation, drywall, furniture assembly, wall painting, moldings, flooring(Laminate, Tile), 3D panels, my company provide best service for you Furniture assembly at a fixed price depending on the item. Handyman services - Minimum check out rate $130 for 2 hour or less. - For each additional hour of work after the second, a fee of $65 will be charged. this is the standard rate for the third and so on hours of work. Please be aware that we impose a 2-hour minimum charge per service. I offer pickup and delivery if I need to buy any missing parts from Home Depot. I charge an additional $50 for travel, plus the cost of the parts. Work with business, commercial, and private. Play equipment construction and assembly. Igor assembled a bunch of new furniture that I bought from Wayfair and did a really great job! He was very communicative, professional and extremely efficient.
