- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Contact – The process begins with a phone call to understand your goals, needs, and expectations. 2. On-Site Visit – We schedule a visit to the property to take accurate measurements and assess technical aspects essential for proposing ideas and tailored solutions. 3. Estimate & Proposal – We provide a detailed estimate outlining the scope of work. When applicable, we include a sketched 3D concept to help visualize the project. 4. Administrative Process – Once the proposal is approved, we proceed with signing contracts, confirming insurance coverage, and receiving the initial deposit. Project Execution – We prepare the space to protect all non-remodeled areas, then our specialized team begins the work with care and professionalism. 5. Completion & Clean-Up – After completing the project, we remove all construction debris. We also offer an optional deep-cleaning service if the client chooses to include it.
