This is what I liked: Read to the End....AND see a Surprise Event....!!! #1. Yes....Everyone Arrived on time and actually, many times ahead of schedule...this was very convenient. Here in South Florida that never happens....!!! #2. The staff solved the problems, and prevented other problems from happening. #3. They gave very good honest estimates "...............and stayed within my budget......" and also gave me some options that would cost me less. .......The Amazing Surprise was:.......... After the Job was completed and paid in full about 1 week later.....and unexpected....!!! the company actually sent a real "Person" to my home to see the work that was completed.....! ......A real person to make sure THAT I was satisfied. Not just a phone survey or a review...but a real person. NOW THAT is just: Good Old American Customer Service......!!! Nice Job...To the Cabrera Company and Staff. George C.
