Working with Igor was seamless! I had him do a fairly large amount of electric work before I moved into a new home. I was not in the same state as Igor at the time the work was completed. Nonetheless, he was there each day - on time and with great communication, always providing me with video updates and helpful suggestions. My used-to-be-dim house looks beautiful! I would definitely work with him again - for electric work or other contracting work! Thanks, lgor!

Broken garbage disposal with water backing up into sink from dish washer. On a saturday. They showed up same day, were the best priced out of the other companies I called, got it done, and were right on time. Very happy with them.

From Google
American Developer Group was prompt, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. Scheduling was seamless, communication was clear, and their depth of knowledge really stood out. We used their handyman for a day service and were extremely happy with the job. Aside from hanging wallpaper and TVs, Igor took the time to thoroughly assess our existing flooring, accurately diagnose the underlying issues, and walk us through the best options for moving forward in a way that felt honest and practical. We never felt rushed or pressured just well informed. Based on this experience, I would trust them with both small and large projects, and I look forward to scheduling future projects.

We promise a fair price for top-notch work. If you're hunting for the cheapest deal around—no offense, but we're probably not your guys.

We'll definitely want to meet you first to get everything just right. After that, it's all smooth sailing—estimates, invoices, schedules, payments—the whole nine yards.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My Alma Mater is the Moscow Automobile and Road Construction State Technical University (MADI), and in the U.S., I sharpened my skills at Gold Coast School to prepare for my GC exam.
