Steven is one of the most professional people I’ve come across. Not only did he arrive a bit earlier for the scheduled appointment, he made sure to ask me great questions and explained everything with full transparency about the job he was about to do. He went above and beyond to diagnose and solve the problem I had with my dryer vent. I hired Steven for an inspection and was pleasantly surprised that he waved the inspection fee! With a camera, Steven was able to immediately diagnose a blockage issue that the previous company I hired misdiagnosed as a broken vent piping that would have required cutting out the wall and lots of money out of my pocket. Steven is very honest and fixed the issue in a very short amount of time and saved me lots of money had I not gotten his opinion. He even cleaned out my dryer blower, and intake! There is no doubt that I will continue to work with Steven in the future as he runs a respectable, fair priced, and reliable company to fix any dryer vent needs. Thanks again Steven!

Steve is excellent. I had an issue where my downstairs neighbor's dryer and bath exhausts were both backdrafting into my unit. He came over, evaluated the situation and resolved it quickly. He looked in my attic, on my roof and even did a camera inspection. He communicated everything very well. I highly recommend Steve for your air venting needs.

I come to the property, conduct a 10-point inspection, give the customer a diagnosis and then complete the work the same day.

I hold two college degrees, I was a firefighter for 8 years, dryer vent servicing for 4 years and I’m a certified technician with dryer vent wizard.
