I like to work with the customers on an individual basis
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As this is a job that needs a human touch, I like to talk to the customer on the phone or in person as that helps me get a better feeling as to their desires. Doing this with email or text is very impersonal and this is a very personal business. Once I've made that personal connection than email and text are great.
