- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very competitive. In most cases I can see clients within a day or so of contacting us. For HHA clients I include the First Aid class with the Hearsaver CPR class.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always discuss the background of the client to determine which training is appropriate. I come to the home to alleviate pressure of other students in the class. We spend as much time as necessary to insure the student is confident with the skills.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified by the American Heart Association. I have 10 years experience as an instructor both here in Florida and New York
