- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When possible, I offer clients a choice of how to handle fees and costs, including flat rate plans, payment plans, hourly rate billing, and bundled rate fees (discounts for a pre-set number of agreed hours for long term customers).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually start with a phone call to answer the client's questions, discuss their goals, and consult on a solution. Typically, from the first call we provide recommendations and information about fees in moving forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have practiced as a Business Lawyer for 15 years. My legal education is from The University of Chicago Law School, one the most prestigious institutions in the world. Prior to law school, I graduated with honors from Duke University.
