John was very professional. He explained what was wrong and what he was going to be working on. I mentioned that our allergies were really acting up and after he got the initial issue fixed (ac was blowing but not getting cold) he checked the filter for me and pointed out 1) that we needed to change it more often and 2) changes to our ac unit to ease the allergy symptoms. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend John and Aire Serv for all things ac related.

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH AIRESERV. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EXPLAINED WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. I WILL USE THEM ANYTIME I HAVE I NEED SERVICE OR WHEN I NEED TO REPLCE MY EXISTING UNIT. THEY EVEN PUT A MAT DOWN TO PUT ON THEIR FOOT BOOTIES.
