Average Hourly Rate $75-100 depending = Menu Development and Prep | distance of travel | guest count | hours worked | complexity of venue 3 Hour Minimum to Book. I can supply elaborate garnishes upon request for a small fee to cover product. Edible treats, aromatic herbs, fruits. Also can provide specialty Flair Elements: Fire Play, Smoked Drinks, CBD cocktails, Special Themes per request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact Me. We can discuss details over a call. Downpayment 20% Paypal to lock in date. Once venue is secured. I will arrive to your destination with my equipment tools in formal dress. Setup usually takes 30-60minutes depending on the complexity of your Event Scale. Breakdown of event usually takes 30-60 minutes clean up & organization of product. Please factor in the Setup & Breakdown times into your Service Request Quote.
