- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We may not have the lowest price on the market, but we definitely have one of the best services and products. For big orders we are offering discounts or additional services at no cost ( one free maintenance, free weed barrier).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step would be setting up an appointment that helps the client to get a better idea about the products and we can discuss prices and design details.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am doing synthetic turf for landscaping and sports since 2006. I started with my own company in Europe and, after moving to South Florida, I tried and succeeded to do what I liked.
