I contacted Peter to help with my Whirlpool washing machine, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He responded within the hour and came out the very next day. Peter was incredibly personable and knowledgeable, explaining each step of the process in detail. After hours of diagnosing and disassembling the engine, he found the issue—parts needed to be ordered. Two days later, he called while in the area, eager to check something, and sure enough, he fixed it!
It turned out to be a broken water valve and capacitor, not the control board as we had feared. Peter even took photos during diagnostics and spotted a crack in the water valve. He spent at least 10 hours between diagnosing and traveling, and the price was more than reasonable—much cheaper than other companies. I highly recommend Peter for his professionalism, expertise, and dedication to solving the problem quickly and efficiently! I will defiantly continue to use him for my appliance needs!
