I used the company for a carpet cleaning service. It’s a man with his young son. The dad would coach him as they went along. It took 4 hours, but I was satisfied with the job and they were nice people. I decided to hire the company again. The representative who’s name is Soultree I believe, told me that she has people for that too implying that it would be other people and not the man with his son. I made the appointment for 11am. By 11:20 I told the representative that I am about to cancel because they hadn’t arrived yet. They parked at 11:40. I realized it was the same dad and young son team. They had been here before, so I don’t understand why they were almost an hour late knowing my location. I went forth with the service because of the fact they were here before. They were just getting started and I quickly ended the service for the following reasons. I could hear the dad coaching his son ‘where are you going.. No don’t use that use this’ kind of directions and knew at this rate they weren’t going to be done till around dinner time and it was alright for the carpet cleaning but this time my schedule was too busy. I also wasn’t comfortable with my house being a training ground for a 14 year old boy servicing a move in deep cleaning. It did not help that they were 40 minutes late. The main reason I cancelled was because of the representative I spoke to on the phone, and mostly through texts. Her responses were what made me end the service. When someone tells you about a murder in their family, the fact that she won a pageant, her son’s birth date, why she’s the way she is because of her upbringing and where she’s from, gives you her words of advice on how to live life because she has had a difficult life herself and knows, tells you to thank God because he had given her the gift to help people like yourself, all while you just want to schedule a deep cleaning should have been my cue to not continue. She also insists on calling people “my lady” and puts the title Lady in front of your name. I told her to only call me by my first name and she refused, saying that it would be disrespectful because she is from London and her upbringing, etc. I don’t need all that. I don’t have time for all of this, nor does anyone. I will attach the pages of messages she sent me when I called and left a message specifically telling her to call me instead of text. She proceeds to talk about my behavior via text calling me “disrespectful” and that I was verbally and physically angry. That is not true. I told her several times to stop messaging me and she proceeded several more times, sending me emoji’s of sunflowers while telling me my opinion is sad and that I’m an unhappy person and mentioning that whatever “issue” I’m personally going through etc. Honestly, her grammar is illegible and completely off topic. This is unacceptable, unprofessional and a circus. Good luck to Filipe and his boy. Soultree is made for the stage. Dust to Shine will be taking it from here. I used their services before and they are superb. They also arrive 10 minutes early.
