I have set prices for most items, but customization can cause increases to materials / time..

To go over customer needs and helping them choose the right cake, size and flavor.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My past background & education was in Culinary Arts. Worked at 5-star restaurants Country Clubs and Hospitals as Chef Garde Manager for over 15 years including U.S. Navy. I currently work in the corporate world with a master's degree in human resources management.
