They were quick to respond with a thorough quote and communicated with me about their expected time of arrival on the day of service. Their pricing was reasonable and they stuck with their price quote. The gentleman had to order a missing part and returned a few days later to finish the job. I highly recommend Thumbtack and All Appliance Repair.

The technician who repaired our washer arrived within the timeframe promised, was knowledgeable, and diagnosed and completed the job within minutes. Although I think his charge was a little high, the results made him worth it.

Repairman men arrived early, knowledgeable, charged as estimated. Only downsides.... no call before arrival as stated by office. And the thumbtack site itself is an unreliable method of communication. Would definitely use AAA repair service again. Not so sure about thumbtack.

My washer stopped working so I contacted All Appliance Repair after a brief exchange of emails thru Thumbtack. Ashley took my call and sounded like she just woke up from a nap, ZERO customer service skills. Michael the tech, came within the time frame, he was pleasant, knowledgeable and quickly found out why it wasn't working. He told that it was going to be very expensive to repair it and that it would be better for me to get a new one. I would recommend him to a friend.
