They were very quick to respond and provide information on my questions with no pressure. When I decided to have them come, we set up a convenient time and day (they didn't make me wait). They kept in contact so I knew exactly when they'd arrive. Seemed very honest (did not BS me into fixing something that didn't need to be fixed). Touched up a few of my shingles, and I only had to pay the $50 service call. I would use them again if needed.
