Great experience from first contact to completion! Phillip evaluated our mold situation and gave us great advice for immediate remediation including the size of dehumidifier to buy. Our HOA required significant documentation and Bonnie did an excellent job putting that together in a timely manner, though our HOA was slow to approve. The 3 day cleanup of our 1500sw ft condo went very smooth with crew showing up first day on time and great daily communication with Tom, project manager. Photos of HVAC system showed us the amount of mold growth infecting our unit, a 7 out of 10 scale on degree of growth. No furniture, paintings or fragile items were damaged. All boxes clearly labeled for follow up cleaning. We were pleased with the results and value for the service needed.
