- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our services are priced per linear foot. Smaller jobs (under 150') will have a higher per foot price compared to a job that is over 150'. We do offer military, first responder and teacher discounts and pricing discounts on larger jobs (over 300')
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process if pretty simple. We come out and provide a free on site estimate. If you decide to move forward with us we will email you the contract and any permit paperwork we need signed. One we have that paperwork back we can get you a tentative date on the calendar and get to work on any permitting work that needs to be done. Homeowners are responsible for any needed HOA approvals, but we can help with that paperwork. I do collect a 50% deposit, but I don't usually need any money until the week before your installation. I do take cash, check, credit cards and several payment services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the fence business since 1978 when my Dad started our original company in Nashville TN. I have been running the company here in Florida since 2009. I have 45 years experience in the fence industry from installation to sales to management.
