Don is very professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. I definitely would recommend - and I have his contact saved for future issues, should they ever arise. Thank you for your services! In my initial inquiry, I only detailed the major issue that needed to be fixed, so the quoted price went up factoring all of the other issues that were resolved. Don really went above and beyond to ensure everything was up to par and functioning as it should. I had a minor problem with the water pressure on my kitchen faucet. He took the entire thing apart, found the problem, and put it back together. He had a lot of work cut out from him and did not complain or get frustrated once.

I had a pipe under my sink that split open, no way to stop the water and I did not have the tool to turn the water off at the main. I went on Thumbtack.com and entered my urgent situation and Don immediately responded and it was after 9pm on Saturday. He was out having dinner with his wife and saw my request and told his wife that he had to respond even if he just turned my water off. Within a few minutes he was at my door to my relief. Almost every towel I owned was on the floor. Don turned the water off and came back Sunday morning and fixed the pipe. Thank you soooooo much. Many blessings to you!!!!!
