Don was awesome! I asked several people if they could refer me to a good plumber. NO ONE COULD! So frustrating. I took a chance on Thumbtack and Don answered immediately. Ok! I figured he was eager and that's a good sign. I read the reviews and they were glowing. I reached out to Don, arranged a time for him to come. His quote was a little high for what my job would include. He told me that the price he had stated was negotiable if the work was more or less than what he was quoting me. He showed up very close to our agreed upon time, very quickly assessed the problem, fixed it and adjusted his price accordingly. GREAT EXPERIENCE! Guess what? I'm hoping that people call me for a plumbing referral because I know right where to send them!

Don responded to our request very promptly, and was able to work with our time frame. He arrived on time, was very polite, explained what his plan was to unclog our drain. He was efficient, tidy and very reasonably priced, especially since he came out on a Sunday!!! Highly recommend him, and we plan on using him for our next plumbing need.

Don arrived on time. After locating the clean out plugs, he immediately cleared the backup sewer line and then proceeded to scope the cause of the backup. In this case, a wooden stake for a dust barrier had been driven into the sewer line.
