- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price based on square footage and desired cleaning services. We are very competitive!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process includes an intake call where we get to know the general needs and whether or the partnership is a mutual fit. From the intake call and if time permits, we immediately schedule a time to meet in person to see the business in order to provide an accurate estimate with the customer and leave it in their hands whether to select us as their cleaning partner. If the customer needs cleaning same day or next day, we provide virtual estimates.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our employees are trained on safe cleaning methods that protect businesses and our employees. We have processes in place that are designed to prevent damage, poor service etc. Additionally, our staff communicates solicits feedback so that we can continue to improve service for your business.
