- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Following the Recent Storms, many of our services are currently being provided at discounted rates These Discounts are applied to the Victims of the Storms that have ravaged parts of Florida, Taylor is committed to Providing these Essential Services in these hard times where lives have been turned upside down Our Discounted rates will apply to victims of these recent events and will apply until end of November 2024
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work Closely with our new and existing clients to provide honest, reliable and efficient services, we itemise our invoices so each customer can understand the billing process Deposits are fully refundable should we fail to provide a service within a timely fashion and with recent events unfolding with Hurricane Helene and Milton we ask our customers to be patient as we deal with work loads not seen for many years We employ W2 license and insured employees so you can be reassured you are receiving the services promised by us
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have personally been a Master Electrician in the UK for the past 37 years serving my Apprenticeship with the Largest Utility Company SEEBOARD (Now Known as UKPN) I have Completed fully apprenticeship in Commercial and Domestic Works and also a Fully accredited Lighting / Electrical Designer and proud to hold the highest level of degree in electrical engineering under City & Guilds certification and now a Master Electrician in the State of Florida where I manage a team of Engineers as the CEO of Taylor Air & Heat Inc
