It was great experience dealing with the company to help us replace the PTAC unit. We interfaced with Max. He was amazing and very helpful guiding us through the process, educating us and maintaining constant communication. He completed the job on time and at the cost provided in his quote. Roosters is a profssional business. They respond quickly, give you a firm time when the tech will arrive. My tech was clean cut and courteous. He detected that the problem was a blocked drain pipe. Within an hour, he had the drain cleared and the system up and running again. Very pleased with everything - including the price.
