Roosters is a profssional business. They respond quickly, give you a firm time when the tech will arrive. My tech was clean cut and courteous. He detected that the problem was a blocked drain pipe. Within an hour, he had the drain cleared and the system up and running again. Very pleased with everything - including the price.
