Property Mend did a great job on fixing my fence gates damaged by Hurricane Ian. They were fast, efficient and went above and beyond to ensure it was done properly! The cost was both fair and comparable to other estimates and within my budget for this repair! I am planning to hire them in the future for additional projects and would highly recommend! Joe was quick to respond to my inquiry which I truly appreciated. He was able to make the scheduled work within the next few days which was also very much appreciated. He was prompt, courteous, and did an excellent job as well as his helper. It was a two day job (3 hours) and all weeding, spraying of weeds in brick pavers and concrete drive was 100% complete to our satisfaction. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If we could have done things more efficiently then the bill reflects that. Customers don't pay for our mistakes.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening to find out what exactly the needs and expectations of the customer are. After that I try to figure out problems that may keep me from being the ideal candidate or could stop the job from happening. It is best to figure these things out as quickly as possible to avoid wasting anyone's time. If I can't do a job you will be enthusiastic about it is not worth it for either party.

20+ years experience of working for different crews and on different types of jobs.
