- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are reasonable and I offer great discounts on certain services year around. I require full payment in order to add the date on my calendar; however, I am willing to work with clients and split the payment if necessary. There is a no refund policy if you cancel less than 45 days before your event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer makes initial contract I generally introduce myself, let them know my availability, and allow them to consult with me for free either by text, phone, video chat, or in person. Once we speak I provide them with a free quote. Once I’m hired the customer may contact me as often as needed to get the job done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a notary in good standing with the State of Florida over 17 years. Most of my training comes from years of working with attorneys. I have performed hundreds of marriage ceremonies, both in English and Spanish. I have notarized hundreds of documents and have a general understanding of what is required when doing a consultation and performing the work. I have also worked as a translator, I have experience in family law, civil litigation, and many other areas.
