This Company is awesome! They went out to give us an estimate on fixing some tiles that slid out of place and check out how well the skylight was sealed on our 2-story townhouse. They tried calling us while on the roof but we were having problems with our cellphone and didn't get the call. They went ahead and fixed the tiles, told us the skylight was fine and didn't even charge us. When does that ever happen? Thank you so much! We will definitely remember them when we have future needs.

Requested a repair, Jesse from Northmen came out and did a more than thorough job checking for other defects on my roof and found defects that I didn’t even know about. Was very friendly and easy to work with discussing option moving forward with repair. Quick and easy, job well done

Excellent experience!!! Came out and first “triaged” the issue to determine if it was, in fact, roof issue. They were very upfront and honest even presenting options outside of roof repair to avoid both costs and unnecessary roofing work. Shame Meritage homes has such piss poor quality in their build outs. Appreciate Northmen Roofing for their honesty and quick work!

I believe this company is family owned and just with speaking with the from the beginning, I felt like it was a team/ company I could trust. They were reliable and prompt, with great communication. They messaged me immediately and when a big storm hit, texted me right away to say they were going to be delayed. This communication to me is incredibly important. Luckily the work I needed done was not extensive but should I need more roof work done and when my roof needs to be relaxed, I will 100% use them. 10/10 recommend.

Northmen Roofing provides a comprehensive statement of work and standard pricing for all customers after a thorough on-site roof inspection and consultation by a trained roofing professional. We do not use salesmen or high pressure sales practices - you will always get our best and fair price up front.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Please call or email to discuss your needs and set up an on-site inspection by a trained roofing professional. Northmen Roofing will follow up with a contract including pricing and a statement of work to be approved and signed electronically. Once approved, a project manager will reach out to arrange an appropriate time to complete the work. After the roof repair or replacement is complete every customer is followed up with to ensure all items on the statement of work have been completed to the customers satisfaction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Northmen Roofing is a certified roofing contractor with skilled technicians in many disciplines including master carpentry, sheet metal fabrication and project management.
