- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Bella Terra, our pricing is based on the specific needs of each project, taking into account factors like the size of the space, the complexity of the design, the types of materials used, and any ongoing maintenance required. We strive to offer fair and competitive pricing while ensuring high-quality service and attention to detail. While we don’t have a standard discount policy, we occasionally offer seasonal promotions or special rates for repeat customers or larger projects. We believe in being transparent about costs, and we provide detailed estimates before starting any work, so our customers know exactly what to expect. Our goal is to deliver excellent value and create beautiful, lasting landscapes within each customer’s budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we begin with an initial consultation to discuss their vision, needs, and preferences for their outdoor space. We then visit the property to assess site conditions, such as sunlight, soil quality, and drainage, which helps us create a design that fits the space. After developing a custom design, we present it along with a detailed proposal, including cost estimates and a project timeline. Once approved, we schedule the work and begin the installation, keeping the customer informed throughout the process. Finally, after completing the project, we do a walkthrough with the customer to ensure everything meets their expectations and offer maintenance recommendations to keep the landscape looking its best. This step-by-step approach ensures a smooth, collaborative experience and a final result that aligns with the customer’s vision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have dedicated over 20 years to the landscaping industry, during which I have gained a wealth of experience. The most significant insight I have acquired is the importance of treating each property with the same care I would give my own and approaching every customer with the respect and consideration one would extend to family.
