These days everyone seems to text with an immediate quote without hearing what your wants and needs are and it was very nice to get a phone call and discuss things in person. Hired her for the job and she showed up, on time, worked hard and did a good job. Very happy with her service and her personality. Will be using her services for the future cleanings!
